How to Request Data Deletion
You may submit a data deletion request through any of the following methods:
1. Email Request
Send an email to: connect@aureluma.store
Please include:
- Your full name
- Registered email address
- Order ID (if applicable)
- A clear statement requesting “Account Deletion” or “Data Deletion”
2. Account Settings
If available in your user dashboard, you may use the “Delete Account” option to initiate automatic deletion of your account and associated information.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will delete:
- Your user account
- Personal profile information
- Saved addresses
- Communication history
- Marketing preferences
However, certain data may be retained for legal, operational, or fraud-prevention purposes, including:
- Transaction records required under Indian tax and compliance laws
- Data needed to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms
- Information required for auditing or preventing misuse
This retained data is securely stored and not used for marketing or profiling.
Processing Timeline
- Your request will be verified and processed within 7–30 days, depending on data type and legal requirements.
- You will receive a confirmation once the deletion process is completed.
Identity Verification
For security reasons and to prevent unauthorized data removal, we may require:
- Email verification
- Order-related information
- Additional proof of account ownership if needed
Effects of Data Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
- You will lose access to your account and purchase history
- Any active warranties, returns, or support linked to the account may no longer be accessible
- Deleted data cannot be restored
