We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the cancellation, return, and refund process simple and worry-free. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website. Please read carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; the Returns Policy applies.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled unless specified at purchase.
  • For orders with multiple items, individual items can be cancelled before shipment if the rest of the order remains valid.

1.2 How to Cancel an Order

  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of placing the order via:
  • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Or you can simply Log into your account and cancel your order from the orders section where the option to cancel is made available.

1.3 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Full refunds (including shipping, if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • Bank processing may take 3-7 business days.
  • No cancellation fees for eligible cancellations.

1.4 Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 15-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

  • We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days, no questions asked.

2.2 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-returnable items: custom/personalized products, perishable goods, or items marked Non-Returnable on the product page.

2.3 Return Process

  1. Initiate Return Request: Log in to your account within 15 days and select the item(s) to return. This option is available in the orders section on My Account page.
  2. Approval: Our team will review within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item. Use the provided label or ship to: Aure Luma Returns Department, [55 1/1, Makhdoomia Nagar, Behind Mahim Bus depot, Causeway road, Mahim, Mumbai-400016].
  4. Inspection & Refund: Items are inspected (if needed) within 2-3 business days, then the refund is processed.
